Ever since we started Glas All Naturals we’ve wanted to make an exceptional Swiss Almond flavor.
The formula had to be just right. We worked with several Swiss cheeses from several Wisconsin
Dairy Plants until we found what we were looking for. We found a World Class Baby Swiss made
right here in Wisconsin that performs the way we needed it to.
Since Wisconsin does not have a climate conducive for growing almonds, the almonds we use are
from California. It is critical we maintain an all-natural product with a fine-tuned balance of
natural almond flavor and the sweet nutty, smooth flavor of Baby Swiss cheese.
Our Swiss Almond is truly amazing on most any cracker. It can even make a plain cracker quite extraordinary. This flavor also makes a ham sandwich come alive on an altogether level of yumminess. Look forward to exciting new recipes with this flavor in the future.
