• We typically ship next day in an effort to help protect the product.

• PLEASE keep in mind we will not ship product in the warmer seasons, May thru October.

• The product is shipped frozen; however, please keep in mind most delivering trucks are a darker color potentially making them like an oven.
• We suggest once you receive your product, place it in your freezer for a day and then place it in your refrigerator so it will be ready to use when you want it. The product is frozen as soon as it’s produced to help stabilize it since there are no preservatives in the product.
• Yes, you can freeze and refreeze our spreads. The freezing process will greatly help to restabilize the product.
