This flavor is currently our No. 1 seller. Using fresh jalapenos from the same local farmer has given this flavor a more consistent flavor from year to year. Fresh jalapenos also provide what we call a “clean flavor”. Using only fresh jalapenos with no brine, preservatives or other flavoring support provides a nice heat that does not linger in your mouth.
Once again, this all-natural flavor is delightful on most any cracker, but we really appreciate using this product for many recopies or even as an excellent condiment for hamburgers or bratwurst. As we say, “a bratwurst is just nude without our jalapeno on it”.
